Do you want to feel more alive and arrive in the present moment?
In our nature walks we connect to the nature of autumn and winter and open our senses. We take time to walk, sometimes in silence and we do simple body movements or creative explorations. I give you impulses to connect deeply with the nature and all of your senses.
The sensory walks integrate elements of forest bathing, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, creativity and joy. They help you to feel more alive, release stress and to sleep better. I give you impulses to integrate sensory micro-practices into your daily life.
The main language of this course in German, but I also translate into English. There will be more sensing than talking.
